A group of us will be heading up to Dayton again this year.  Roland, Nick, Dr. Charlie Fontenot, Dr. Pat Sonnier, myself, and a few friends from out of state will make the annual trek to Hamvention.   For me, this is my annual vacation, and what better place to spend it?  Along with all the new gizmos, radios and other toys, you get to visit with other hams from all around the world.  If anyone needs that special part, please let us know before hand so we can arrange to pick it up for you.  Oversize loads can be handled by Dr. Pat, but you'll have to wait about 2 weeks after the show, as he'll be heading to his new Maine contest station for work.
Our meeting will be this Thursday the May 1^st.  Anyone wanting to test, please be sure to arrive before 6:00 pm, have your $14, a copy of your license if you have one, and your drivers license handy.  Testing begins promptly at 6:00 with the meeting to follow.
