The cost of crawfish varies significantly with the timing of the Catholic Lent calendar, weather and demand. Therefore, advanced reservations are required so that we accommodate you. The cost this year is $20.00 for each 4 lb. serving which will include potato and corn. The Rayne Lions Club will prepare the crawfish boil this rather than our previous commercial provider. The crawfish is assured to be the best.

So please Pre-register ASAP, all orders are required to be in by February 20, 2012 .
