Carencro Centennial Celebration - October 8 thru 9th, 2005

The Acadiana Amateur Radio Assoc., Inc. (AARA) hosted a Special Event Station on Saturday and Sunday October 8 & 9, 2005 to celebrate the 100th year of the founding of the city of Carencro, Louisiana. We operated from our Amateur Mobile Operations Station (AMOS) in downtown Carencro.

DATE/TIME/FREQUENCY

October 8-9 2005, 1200Z to 2400Z. We will be operating SSB on or near the following frequencies: 28.340, 21.320, 14.270, and 7.240

We will be issuing a 8 1/2" X 11" certificate for those making a contact and sending a SASE to the following QSL Manager:
